Introduction and acceptance of the conditions

Through these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACTING it is intended to regulate the access and use, and in general, the relationship between this Portal (hereinafter WEBSITE) accessible from the following Internet address: www.bodegascerrolaza.com and the users of the WEBSITE (hereinafter USERS).

BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL informs that the procedures to carry out the acquisition of goods and/or to obtain the provision of the services offered, are those described in these general conditions, as well as those other specific ones that are indicated on screen during navigation, so that the user declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered on the Portal.

All the information provided during the contracting process will be stored by BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL in such a way that the user may, upon request made in writing or by e-mail, request information regarding the operations carried out by him/her within the previous 6 months. Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the users during navigation must be made according to the indications included in the Portal.

The user must be an adult, understood as being over 18 years of age (or the legal age in their place of residence).

The acceptance of these General Contracting Conditions by the User will be an essential requirement in order to formalize any contractual relationship between the USER and BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL.

Order processing

PROCESS OF PURCHASE

For the purchase of the products in the virtual Store www.bodegascerrolaza.com, BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will ask the users to proceed to register, for which said Users, who must be over eighteen (18) years of age in the case of Spanish territory, or of the age of majority in their country, must complete the instructions that appear on the screen and which will require the following instructions to be carried out, as well as any others that are included in the different screens of the Store:

BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL reserves the right to cancel the User Name and password, and therefore the access to the Store of those users who maintain debit or unpaid balances with BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL.

Prices, applicable taxes and duties

The applicable prices are those that appear in the Web at the moment in which the USER places his order.

Transport and Shipping. Delivery times

The package will be delivered to the address indicated by the USER.

If the USER is not present, the logistics operator will leave a note for the USER to indicate when he/she wishes the delivery to be made.

Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL normally sends orders by courier or post (depending on the destination, weight, volume, etc.), guaranteeing delivery within a week in the Peninsula from the authorization of payment by the store, never exceeding the period of 30 days, provided that the product is in stock. In the event that the product is not in stock, this period will be guaranteed as soon as the product is in our possession.

In the event that BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL could not find the requested product, for example because it is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a similar product or a refund of the amount paid.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first working day after that day.

In case you are not at the shipping address, when the courier arrives, do not worry; they will leave you a delivery note, indicating the phone number to call to contact the courier company to pick up your purchase.

Shipping costs

All our products include in the price the shipping costs for the Peninsula.

Payment methods

Payment by credit card

We accept payments with all types of cards. After-sales service. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The transport costs derived from the realization of such exchange or return, will be borne by the USER.

If during the seven days after receiving the order the USER wishes to return the product, our Customer Service Department will take the necessary steps to process the return under the following conditions:

The USER will have seven working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract without incurring any penalty or expense, except those arising from the shipping and return of the product.

No returns will be accepted on products that have been unsealed from the packaging in which they were sent. They must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Defective or damaged products. If the USER detects that the product received is defective or damaged, he/she should contact us, where the necessary steps will be taken to replace it with another in perfect condition and without any additional charge. 

If the product is not available, BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will contact you to offer you a similar product, otherwise it will proceed to refund the amount that the USER has paid, including shipping costs, according to the payment method used in the purchase.

RETURN OF GOODS FORM

In order that the article can be returned, it is necessary that the USER previously completes the Merchandise Return Form, which will be provided upon receipt of your order. It must be completed and sent through any of the means of contact that the company has enabled in comercial@bodegascerrolaza.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted on orders that have not been shipped to the address indicated by the USER. If the merchandise has been shipped, it will be considered a return (See section Returns).

The company accepts the cancellation of orders, either through its website or through any of the means of access to the Customer Service Department.

Warranty

The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions as determined by the manufacturers. BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to goods not related to the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings, damage resulting from deterioration.

The products are out of warranty for the following reasons:

Products modified by the USER are also excluded.

BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will only accept the return of the goods if:

Within the period marked to that effect by the Law, the USER can exercise his right of resolution or withdrawal. By virtue of the provisions of the Law of Retail Trade Management as well as that regulated by Community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will grant a period of 7 days for this right, computed from the time of receipt of the order. In this case, the USER may return any product without any type of incident. BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will accept the exercise of this right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same state (not unsealed) in which it was delivered, with its corresponding original packaging and with all the products that made up the order. The product must be in perfect condition and ready for sale. The USER will assume the costs derived from the return.

BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will accept the return of the goods when the product delivered does not correspond to the one requested by the USER (for reasons attributable to it) or has been damaged during transport: This occurs when the product delivered does not match the one specified in the order or has been damaged, internally or externally, during shipment.

In order to rectify any error in the delivery, it is an essential condition that any incident regarding the goods received or their packaging be noted in the comments section of the delivery document of the carrier and that BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL be informed of said incident within a maximum period of 24 hours. The USER, before signing the delivery of the order must check that the product is delivered in perfect condition, if he/she gives his/her conformity at the time of delivery it is understood by both parties that the product was delivered in perfect condition. BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL will not have any responsibility in relation to those products that have already been consumed without any type of incidence on the part of the USER who intends to make a claim. BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL, will be exempt from any liability in relation to possible breakages or defects in the product packaging produced after delivery of the product if they have not been noted on the delivery note. If these conditions are not met, BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL, will not assume any responsibility for such goods. In this case, all the costs of collection and redelivery will be borne by BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL.

The USER must notify BODEGAS CERROLAZA SL the following information:

Order number.

Invoice number.

Contact telephone number.

Reason for the return.

Reason for the return.

Any other observation that you believe pertinent. Once we receive this information, we will begin to process your incident.
