Aticus wines
Our ATICUS family of wines is the flagship of the “PREMIUM” line, with the most select and exclusive wines of Bodegas Cerrolaza, made from grapes selected from the oldest vineyards of the family in Hornos de Moncalvillo. Vineyards between 50 and 80 years old, located at an altitude of 742 m, with a very limited production, thus achieving high quality grapes, which will give rise to this new concept of wine, so peculiar and exquisite.

ATICUS CRIANZA 2018 D.O. RIOJA
Cherry red color with a high and bright layer. The nose presents good intensity, with sweet notes that highlight the variety well assembled with aromas of vanilla and toasted from the barrel.

Good mouthfeel, with harmonious balance between fruit and oak tannin.
Long aftertaste and persistence on the palate.
ATICUS RESERVA 2015 D.O. RIOJA
Complex and intense aroma, combining ripe fruit with vanilla and spicy aromas from the toasted barrel.

The palate is balanced, tasty and with a perfect balance between ripe tannin and fruity variety. Excellent long aftertaste.
ATICUS SELECTED HARVEST 2019 D.O. RIOJA
Made with grapes selected from the best vineyards of the property. Intense cherry color with high layer, clean and bright. It has a great aromatic complexity, from vanilla, chocolate and coconut to spicy and toasted aromas. In perfect balance with the fruit of the Tempranillo variety.

In the mouth it is round, robust and vigorous, with a note of freshness and vivacity that perfectly complements the tannin from the barrels, and a notable fruit load. The aftertaste is reminiscent of roasted coffee.
